Business Development Manager – Structured Network Cabling, Inc. is currently seeking Sales Professionals. Technology Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing new customers through direct sales and building relationships. A proven B2B background is essential.

Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
Maintain CMS data base of accounts
Achieve annual revenue targets
Work together with other company departments on Technology proposals for turn-key solutions
Attend and assist in marketing tradeshows representing our Sales Department
Conduct site surveys, as necessary
Experience with technology sales
Willingness to learn about and promote new products as they become available

Candidate must have excellent oral and written skills to prepare customer proposals

Customer Advocate >


The Customer Advocate is an inside sales position. The responsibilities of the Customer Advocate are to call on existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to offer new technology solutions that we offer as well as obtain referrals for new customers.

Technology is an ever-changing industry with new applications being developed on a regular basis. The objective of the Customer Advocate is to keep in contact with our current customers, keep them informed of new and current solutions and assist them in all their technology needs.

In this position, you will have an assigned base of current customers to call on each quarter and maintain a personal relationship with them.

This is a full time position with opportunities for bonuses and advancement

Qualification Requirements
Prior sales experience would be helpful in this position. Knowledge of telecommunications, and or cabling and security industry experience is preferred. Candidate will need to possess effective communication skills both verbal and written. This person must also be detail-oriented with excellent people and telephone skills, able to meet deadlines, be self-motivated, a quick learner, and be able to handle multiple tasks.

Customer Service Specialist >


The Customer Service Specialist, or CSS, will provide a superior customer experience in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. The CSS will field inbound communications from customers and coordinate with internal staff to ensure swift and correct resolution or escalation of all requests and problems.
The best CSS candidates will be genuinely excited to help customers. They love to talk on the phone with customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They enjoy building relationships while talking and emailing with the customer. CSSs should be able to easily put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving and strong follow-up skills should also come naturally to the Customer Service Specialists. They need to confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve the problem. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Manage incoming calls and emails from customers
Provide customers accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Receive and place follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions
Thoroughly document customer interactions in ticketing system
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers


Proven customer support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experienced in the installation, terminating and testing of Cat-5e, Cat-6 and Fiber Optic cabling. Experience with CCTV & Access Control a Plus.
Qualification Requirements
Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Excellent work history with references will be required. BICSI Certified Installers/Technicians along with an electronics background extremely helpful.

Experienced in the installation and service of CCTV, IP Video Surveillance, and Access Control.
We are authorized dealers for Honeywell WEBs-AX Security & Amano for Access Control and Milestone & ExacqVision for IP Video Management Software.
We are authorized dealers for Sony, AXIS, Toshiba and ACTi IP Cameras. Certification on these products a plus.

Qualification Requirements
Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Excellent work history with references and a proven track record will be required.

Voice/VoIP Technician >


We are looking for someone highly motivated and experienced in the configuration and maintenance of Toshiba or Zultys VoIP and Toshiba Digital telephone systems or has experience with other manufacturers. This position will also be servicing, programming, and maintaining VoIP and Digital telephone systems and requires a strong desire to learn the latest hardware and software for the systems we sell and service today as well as future products. Knowledge of Routers, Firewalls, and Switches along with WAN is important.

Qualification Requirements
Job requires experience with VoIP and Digital systems; knowledge of routers, switches and firewalls will be helpful. Technicians with certifications such as CTP, CCNA, MCP Toshiba, Adtran, and Zultys will receive extra consideration. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and work well with others. Salary and Benefits are based on proven experience with references.
